From time to time, promotional offers may become available to use on the site. These will be in the form of promotional codes that must be entered in your Shopping Basket at the point of placing your order.
If you do not enter the code, once the order has been submitted we cannot retrospectively add the promotional code to your order. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We charge your card once you have placed your order. From this point your order cannot be changed or amended, so please double check your order before placing it.
Your orders will be charged in British Pound Sterling.

The Paypal gateway allows you to pay either using your PayPal account or using a debit/ credit card
Cancelling or Amending Your Order

We are able to deliver to anywhere in Europe, The USA, Canada, China.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery
Please expect delivery within 3-5 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Your order will usually be sent via Royal Mail, Collect+ or Hermes.
Ireland and Channel Islands Standard Delivery
Please expect delivery within 5-7 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Your order will usually be sent via Royal Mail, Collect+ or Hermes.
For international orders, please allow between 3-5 working days for dispatch. Delivery times will vary according to region.
Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges also vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery. B-AMAZING CIC are not liable for any taxes, charges or costs incurred by the customer for sending products Internationally.
Standard delivery packages will be sent in a brown cardboard box, padded with recycled and/or biodegradable materials, with a 34.4 Logo attached on one side, the size of which is determined by the number and sizes of products ordered.
We hope that you are happy with your products when you receive your order. However, if your product is damaged in any way please contact our customer services team within 7 days of receipt on +44 7990 438140 to arrange for return and sending of replacement product.

We require a separate hard copy of proof of postage for any refund of returns that do not reach us.
Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery
If you are returning your items owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery, within the U.K., please contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email a Freepost label across to you so that you can send your package back to us, free of charge. For international returns we will refund the postage and product monies to your credit card on receipt of the products.
We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The same applies to International returns.
